By accessing or placing an order on Baraka Store and Gadgets, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Return & Warranty Policy, and Closed Box Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order with us. If you are under 18, orders should be placed under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to cancel any order or account where this requirement is not met.

Products & Pricing

  • We make every effort to display accurate product information, images, and pricing. Actual product packaging or minor specifications may vary from images shown.
  • Product images are collected from official brand and manufacturer sources for reference and illustration purposes. Actual color, packaging, or minor design details of the delivered product may vary slightly from the images displayed — please refer to the written specifications for exact details.
  • Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • In the rare case a product is mispriced due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

 

Orders & Order Confirmation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once you receive confirmation via SMS, email, or a call from our team. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery-area restrictions.

Payment

We currently accept only two payment methods: bKash and Cash on Delivery (COD). We do not offer credit/debit card payments, EMI, or any third-party payment gateway. bKash payments are processed through our own secure bKash payment integration — your bKash PIN is entered directly through bKash’s own secure system and is never visible to us or stored on our Website. For orders outside Dhaka, an advance bKash payment may be required to confirm the order. 

Delivery & Closed Box Policy

Delivery timelines and charges are outlined on our Delivery Information page and may vary by location and product size. All orders are shipped through our Closed Box Delivery process — parcels are sealed and QC-passed at our facility and cannot be opened by the delivery agent before payment. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns, refunds, and manufacturer warranty claims are governed by our dedicated Return & Warranty Policy. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item after opening a sealed Closed Box delivery, contact us immediately and we will resolve it in line with that policy.

 

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting our support team. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled and instead falls under our Return & Warranty Policy. We also reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or placed in error.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including the Baraka Store & Gadgets name, logo, product descriptions, images, and design — is the property of Baraka Store & Gadgets or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

 

Prohibited Use

  • Using the Website for any unlawful purpose or to defraud us or other customers.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
  • Placing orders using false, incomplete, or another person’s information.
  • Reselling products purchased from us in a manner that misrepresents warranty or authenticity.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baraka Store & Gadgets is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Website or our products, beyond the value of the order in question. This does not limit any right you have under applicable consumer protection law in Bangladesh.

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from your use of this Website or an order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
